Aimee Cavenecia (also known as AimeeLovesYou) has an extensive background as a professional artist. Her current work is becoming an expert in Seeing, Loving, & Being (SLB). Aimee has dedicated the rest of her life to studying this field & sharing her insights on the topic.

As an author & activist, Aimee is igniting a bliss & self-mastery revolution through her weekly blog Sunday Is For Lovers. Aimee’s mission is to create a world full of passionate lovers devoted to the beauty of Seeing & the bliss in Being – thus launching a global movement towards bliss & self-mastery, where happiness & love is who we are, & sharing it is what we do.

My father is Peruvian & my mother is German. I was born in the United States in 1975. I’ve spent almost equal amounts of time in two American states: California & New York. I am a self-taught artist who has worked in the arts since 1989.

After almost 20 years of working as a professional artist, I realize that everything I choose to do in my life is a creative choice – working on art, studying various modalities, designing my day-to-day life, or taking 2 weeks off just to be silent. All of these choices are serving a larger picture that I am creating. I now believe that my life is my most important & creative work.

Ensuing this realization I began to make some changes in my work & in my life. I no longer have an art studio full of tools & mediums for building or making art. My supplies & tools were donated to fellow artists & charitable organizations. The commissions I am currently accepting are projects where all I need is myself (and whatever else is provided for in the budget). The craft I am focusing on now is very mobile & can happen anywhere. I’m currently in the business of BEING. Right now my number one focus is to simply be myself & make my life my most important work. I’m in the business of being me! And I realize now that it’s the most important thing I could do.
